WTW Scoring Methodology

Grades are produced from verified participant feedback using a fixed weighted methodology. Commercial relationships never alter grades, rankings, reviews or methodology.

What we evaluate

Our weighted model brings together ten aspects of the tournament experience. Categories have different influence on the overall grade. Exact weights and scoring adjustments are kept internal.

Reviewers use the same core scorecard and may add feedback specific to their role. Questions marked N/A are excluded. Supplemental role questions add context without changing the overall grade.

Genuine tournament experiences

Submit only experiences you personally know as a participant or attendee. Criticism is welcome. Personal attacks, threats, hateful content, profanity, unnecessary personal information, spam, coordinated manipulation and unsupported misconduct allegations may be withheld or removed.

Negative feedback alone is not a reason to remove a review. Organizer corrections address verifiable facts; disagreement with an opinion does not change the review or grade. Payment never changes grades or legitimate review visibility.

What WTW collects

Your event, team, club, division, role, email, ratings, written comments and required agreements are stored privately when submission is confirmed. Server request metadata may be used to limit spam. Email addresses are used for participation verification and review-related contact, and are not published.

What can appear publicly

Approved excerpts may show reviewer role and team/division context, category ratings and submitted date. Original submissions and verification records remain private. Potentially damaging allegations and identifiable inter-club concerns receive human review and are not automatically published.
